Delivery Policy

1. What We Deliver

Apna Bhavishya (operated by Mepo Labs) sells digital services only. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

When you purchase a question pack, you receive credits in your account. Each credit entitles you to one astrological reading generated from your computed birth chart and delivered on screen, within your account.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Credits: added to your account immediately on successful payment, typically within a few seconds.
• Readings: generated and displayed on screen within approximately 10–30 seconds of asking a question.
• Your birth chart: computed instantly and free of charge, before any purchase.

Delivery is to your account on this website. We do not deliver by post, courier, or any physical means.

3. If Delivery Fails

If your payment succeeds but credits do not appear in your account within 30 minutes, email support@broperks.com with your registered email address and the payment or order ID. We will either add the credits or refund the payment in full.

If a reading fails to generate after a credit has been used, the credit is returned to your account automatically. You are never charged for a reading you did not receive.

4. Validity of Purchased Credits

Question packs carry a validity period, shown on the payment screen before you pay: 24 hours for the ₹199 pack of 5 questions, 7 days for the ₹499 pack of 15, and 30 days for the ₹1,399 pack of 50. A single ₹51 question does not expire. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
