6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your birth details (date, time and place of birth), your computed birth chart, and the questions and answers in your history for as long as your account is open. We keep them because they are what make your readings consistent — the same birth details must always produce the same chart.

If you delete your account, all of the above is deleted permanently and immediately, including your chart and your full question history. Records of completed transactions are retained for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, and contain no birth details.

If you compute a free chart without creating an account, the birth details you entered are not stored on our servers after the chart is returned to you.

7. Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, and to withdraw consent for its processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@broperks.com from the address on your account. We will respond within 30 days.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your birth details or your questions with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party, and we do not use them to train machine learning models.

8. Children

Bhavishya is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
