Bhavishya is a brand owned and operated by Mepo Labs, registered in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.

2. Services

Bhavishya provides AI-powered astrology predictions and related services. Users can purchase credits to ask questions and receive astrological insights based on their birth details.

Disclaimer: Astrology is a belief system and our predictions are for entertainment and guidance purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction and are not responsible for any decisions made based on our services.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Payments and Credits

• Pricing: We offer various credit packages. Prices are displayed on the platform and are subject to change.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay). Payments may appear on your statement as "Mepo Labs" or "Broperks".
• Credits: Credits purchased are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Validity: Question packs expire. The ₹199 pack of 5 questions is valid for 24 hours, the ₹499 pack of 15 questions for 7 days, and the ₹1,399 pack of 50 questions for 30 days, each measured from the time of purchase. A single ₹51 question does not expire. The validity period is shown on the payment screen before you pay. Unused questions lapse when their pack expires. See our Refund Policy for full details.
• Order of use: Where you hold more than one pack, we use the pack expiring soonest first.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Bhavishya, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Mepo Labs and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mepo Labs and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
